Bambir live at The Club, YerevanBambir en concert au Club, Erevan

Bambir, major band from folk/rock armenian scene since more than 25 years was in concert in Yerevan last saturday, to present their new CD. Songs are available here, and I will upload some others later ( I bough 3 CDs at 6$ each, that was a good deal.)

Gagik Barseghyan & Gurgen Hakobjanyan came to play guitar/flute songs from their Blind Alley CD. Here are some pics from the concert. The light was a bit poor, so pictures are pretty bad. If anybody knows how to edit them under photoshop or Lightroom, let me know.

The pictures are not that bad! The brownish coloring and slight grainyness adds something and it kind of represents the atmosphere in The Club.

[...] If i already knew Sworn (I remind you that MP3 are available here, and their new songs are even more exciting), the other bands were pretty dull and boring. It seems to me that most of armenian hardrock music stage is lacking of creativity, please stop listening to System of a Down. I’m not speaking about Bambir and MDP, right. [...]
